Hello, my name is Jacob and I was born and raised on Sanibel Island. Having spent all of my life boating and fishing the waters in Southwest Florida, it’s my pleasure to share these experiences with you, and help you find the perfect place to call home. 

I might be biased, but Southwest Florida is the best place to call home. The pristine beaches, plentiful boating and fishing, and all-around relaxed lifestyle is what draws people in and makes this such a desirable place to live. 

What you might not know about Southwest Florida, is that there are a variety of lifestyles to cater to. There’s golfing, boating, fishing, beaching, shopping and even a handful of small urban “downtown” areas to explore. With inside knowledge of our local area, I’m able to help you find the best community that suits your desired lifestyle. 

Fun Facts: I attended the Sanibel School K-8 and then graduated from Fort Myers High School before going on to obtain an Associate of Arts Degree from Florida Atlantic University. I was a member of the spearfishing club at FAU. I love fishing from my 21ft Frontier and also really enjoy fly fishing.
