Sale Price: $875,000

This spacious lakefront home in McGregor Woods was listed in early June and went under contract in early July. Our team helped the sellers purchase their new home in a nearby neighborhood during the process of selling this lovely home!

14500 Adina Lane, Fort Myers
Sale Price: $525,000

This 3bed/3bath lakefront home was built in 2020 with modern features and appliances, and more than 2,445 sqft of luxury living. The cash sale closed in mid-July for 91% of the seller's asking price.

5410 Osprey Court, Sanibel
Sale Price: $960,000

This spacious lakefront Sanibel home was listed in late January and went under contract in mid-May. As you can tell, we didn't break any "speed" records with this home sale, but the sellers did receive 96% of their asking price! 

3050 West Gulf Drive, Sanibel
Sold Price: $1,430,000

Susan helped both the buyer and seller of this beautiful Sanibel home!  The home was owner-occupied throughout the listing process and the owner kindly accommodated our requests for showings, open houses, and photos.  In fact, the landscaping was totally redone while the home was listed, so we had new professional photographs taken to show the beautiful upgrades. And, the seller received 98% of their asking price.

Sale Price: $625,000

This 3bed/3bath lakefront pool home in the Gumbo Limbo neighborhood was listed in mid-May, went under contract in mid-June, and closed in mid-July! The home was "gutted" to the studs and ready for new homeowners to make it their own.  


658 Donax Street, Sanibel
Sale Price: $699,000

You can't beat the location of this home just two houses from the deeded beach access path! This home was listed with another real estate agent for a while before the seller chose to list with us. We suggested a few minor renovations, took professional photographs, and sold it within a day of hitting the market for 100% of the asking price. 

1270 Par View Drive, Sanibel
Sold Price: $750,000

We had this home listed before Hurricane Ian struck in September 2022. It was beautifully renovated with professional interior designer furnishings, new appliances, etc. It broke our hearts to see this home completely gutted following the storm, but we're grateful to be able to help the owners with a successful sale just 68 days after relisting it.

Sale Price: $540,000

This pool home in Sanibel Beachview Estates took 7 months to go under contract from when we listed it in December 2022. But, it closed with a conventional loan for 90% of the seller's asking price!

Sale Price: $598,000

This 2bed/2bath condo in Sanibel's Sunset South complex was listed in late February and went under contract in mid-July. The cash sale closed within a month of going under contract, and renovations are well underway.
