Do they have recent sales in your neighborhood or a nearby community? 

Communication  

Are they responsive to your calls, emails, and texts so far?

Have they mentioned routine communication updates?

How will they communicate with you regarding showings, offers, and negotiations?

The Trust Factor

Did they provide supporting data for their proposed listing price?

Have you heard good things about them?

Has anyone you know worked with them?

Do you feel you’re getting honest and unbiased advice?
